The Dodge Avenger also features dual-phase steel, which allows the components to handle greater loads than conventional steel. It helps them manage impact energy more effectively, while still being relatively easy to stamp and control dimensionally.

Overview
The 2008 Dodge Avenger looks superb when you take a look at it - strong and sturdy and also cleaner inside and up front. The interior is a refinement of the current Dodge themes. Muscular rear shoulders, large wheels and tires and a sleek rear spoiler embody the Dodge brand attributes of style, power, and capability.
- Chill Zone™—a storage compartment in the top of the instrument panel that holds up to four standing 12 oz. beverage cans, cooled by the proximity of an air conditioning vent.
- A heated/cooled front cupholder that keeps cold beverages cool and hot beverages warm. The system heats upto 140 degrees Fahrenheit or cools to 35 degrees Fahrenheit.
The exterior of the 2008 Dodge Avenger SE model features modular power mirrors, body-color door handles, quad head-lamps and 16-inch tires with wheels covers. The higher weight-to-strength ratio of high-strength steel gave engineers the ability to reduce the Dodge Avenger’s overall weight, developing a safety cage that keeps occupants protected.

Car Reviews

“I wanted a car which was luxurious, sporty, adequately priced and totally reliable. I got the Avenger and have nothing to repent.”
Richard Davies from California
Company History

Though the name Avenger has been used before on a coupe produced between 1995 and 2000, the 2008 version is an all-new, mid-size Sedan that replaces the Dodge Stratus.
